Props and equipment check list for each shoot day

Here I have made a check list of what I shall need props and equipment wise on each shoot date therefore I can go through this to ensure I remember everything and thus ensuring the shoot will be successful.
First shoot day- 06/01/15

• Tripod
• DSLR camera 
• Tripod- 4 wheel slider table
• Laptop with psychedelic images video
• Masks
• Tie-dye top 
• Paisley bandanna
• Shell necklace
• Bracelets
• electric heater

Second shoot day-11/01/15

• Sheet music
• Tripod 
• Go pro(possibly)
• DSLR camera 
• 55-200mm lens

Thrid shoot day-30/01/15

• Green screen paper
• Tripod
• Tie dye t-shirt x2
• DSLR camera
• 55-200mm lens
• Newspaper
• Masks
• The Lose Your Mind song on my phone
• Chargers and memory cards
• Flashing glass
• Denim shorts and joggers
• Cello tape
• Masking tape
• Pen/pencil
• Ruler
• Things like photos and ornaments and lamps and things that make up the setting in the kitchen will already be there at location so I don't need to remember to take anything in terms of that.
